Returns & product issues

Each product is made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, an incorrect size selection, or an address entered incorrectly at checkout.

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and, when approved, arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Do not mail an item back unless we provide return instructions.
